The Reporting View is an integral part of the program. At every stage of the calculation process a price can be determined, even from a completely different project than that you're working on at that moment. The reporting tool has a preview
function that gives the calculator the ability of checking the calculation first before it
is printed. This preview can be viewed in a special preview screen but this will be
replaced by an Office97- based preview function in the near future.
The reporting tool has several presentation-options based on the way calculators present their information. The reporting module has also the capability of combining several parts of the main calculation -that is split-up into drawings and drawingparts- into a new calculation. This way the calculator can create several quotes with almost no extra work. |
